1. Who we are

Crewline Jobs (“Crewline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates crewlinejobs.com, a platform that connects employers in the skilled trades with workers looking for trades employment. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

From employers who sign up or post jobs:

From workers who create a profile:

3. How we use this information

We use the information above to operate the core function of Crewline Jobs: showing employer job postings to relevant workers, and showing worker profiles (including uploaded license/certification files) to employers whose jobs a worker has applied to. We may also use contact information to send service-related communications, such as confirming a submission or notifying you of account changes.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any license, certification, or background information submitted by workers; see our Terms of Service for more detail on this point.

4. How information is stored

Sign-up and contact form submissions are currently processed through Netlify Forms. Worker and employer account data, job postings, and applications are stored using Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Subscription billing and payment information is processed by Stripe; Crewline does not directly store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

We take reasonable steps to limit access to uploaded license and certification files to employers reviewing an application from that specific worker, rather than making them broadly visible.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by contacting us at info@crewlinejobs.com. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
