1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using crewlinejobs.com (the “Service”), operated by Crewline Jobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Crewline Jobs is a platform that allows employers in the skilled trades to post job openings, and allows workers to create a profile and apply to those openings. Crewline Jobs is a listing and introduction service only.

3. No verification of credentials

Crewline Jobs does not independently verify licenses, certifications, backgrounds, work history, or any other information submitted by workers or employers. All licenses and certifications displayed on a worker profile are self-reported and uploaded directly by the worker. Employers are solely responsible for independently verifying a candidate’s qualifications, licensure, and eligibility to work before making any hiring decision.

4. No employment relationship

Crewline Jobs is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any employment, contracting, or other relationship formed between an employer and a worker through the Service. Employers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws, including wage, safety, and licensing requirements.

5. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or posting a job. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Employer subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate applicable to the selected tier. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor; by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Worker accounts are free of charge.
